Build Night Series: Vibe Coding Workshop

The HKU Data Science Association and DayDreamers are co-hosting a hands-on Vibe Coding Workshop designed for students who want to build with AI, not just learn about it.

This is a practical, build-first session. Participants will work in small groups to prototype simple AI-powered applications using modern development tools.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore real workflows used by builders today, including:

AI-assisted coding

rapid prototyping

product ideation

collaborative development

The session is designed to be highly interactive, with a focus on experimentation, iteration, and actually shipping something by the end.

- Students from Hong Kong universities
